We are here to support women with babies/young children who have experienced severe post natal depression or are living with an existing mental health issue.
Care Centre
Dayspring Care Centre offers a regular meeting place for people who have been through crisis.
The Care Centre is open Tuesday to Friday during school terms providing a range of connection, psycho-education and life skills programmes.
Our on-site crèche means parents and caregivers can attend our programmes without the barrier of childcare. Creche costs are just $2 per session per family per session.
