Counselling Services

Our counsellors work with mums who are experiencing postnatal depression or anxiety, birth trauma, grief, or are living with an existing mental health condition.

We use a number of modalities such as narrative therapy, drawing therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, incorporating all aspects of a persons well-being, body, mind and spirit, to support mum’s on their journey of maternal mental wellbeing.
